Assistant Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic finance team based in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional currently studying ACCA or CIMA who is eager to further develop their management accounts experience and gain exposure to partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes to help drive accurate financial planning.
• Work closely with operational teams to analyse financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights and financial analysis on key metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in the production of financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate on ad hoc financial projects to support broader business objectives.

About You:

• Currently studying ACCA/CIMA with a strong understanding of management accounts.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Excel.
