A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join its team, providing exceptional expertise in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Administration. The firm has multiple offices across London, Surrey, and Middlesex, and offers a comprehensive range of legal services for a varied client base.

Role Overview:
The Wills & Probate Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills and creating Trusts
• Advising on Inheritance Tax Planning
• Administering estates, including high-net-worth cases
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and handling Court of Protection applications
• Managing complex probate cases, including contentious probate

Responsibilities:

• Providing clear, empathetic, and practical advice to clients
• Building strong client relationships based on trust and understanding
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards
• Engaging in networking and business development to contribute to the firm's growth

Candidate Profile:

• An NQ Solicitor with experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate
