A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Groundworks and Civils to join a dynamic construction company based in Cambridge. Specialising in Groundworks and Civils for high-profile clients, the company's portfolio spans warehouses, large commercial sites, industrial sheds, data centres, and more.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a close-knit, family-oriented team that has expanded rapidly since its founding in 2016. Now a 27-strong workforce, this company operates nationwide and is known for its hands-on leadership and dedication to staff development. Due to an impressive project pipeline, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can independently manage projects from inception to completion. You'll benefit from a clear path to progression, supported by active mentorship from the Directors. Flexibility is at the heart of this role, with a hybrid working model that values productivity over presence in the office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Strong experience in Groundworks and Civils projects
• Proven capability in handling projects from start to finish
• Previous experience within a main contractor or developer environment
• Estimating skills and good contractual knowledge
• A valid UK driving licence
