Senior Production Operative

Amour Recruitment is proud to be working with a fast growing Winery based in Farnham who are seeking a skilled Senior Production Operative.

Due to the rural location of the business you must have your own transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Production operations bottling, riddling, disgorging, labelling and warehousing for own label and client wines
• Maintenance and repair on Winery Machinery
• Optimise work flow and stock control
• Manage Staff in production Operations
• Review, update and implement SOPs
• Schedule work flow using winery software

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Self-motivated and well organised
• Ability to lift 20kg
• Ability to fit into a small team
• Counterbalance forklift licence desirable

Hours: 9-17:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: £40,000-£48,000 DOE
