• Preparing and reviewing accounts for a portfolio of clients, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Providing tax planning and compliance support, including VAT and tax return preparation
• Assisting in managing audits from planning through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Offering clients strategic business advice to support their growth and development
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support
• Liaising directly with clients to address queries and provide financial insight
• Staying current on accounting standards and regulatory changes

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with a commitment to complete certification
• Experience in UK accountancy practice with a strong technical skill set
• Proficiency in accounts preparation, tax, and VAT
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
