Principal Quality Engineer: Our client, a market leading and expanding manufacturing organisation based in Greater Manchester, seek to appoint a Principal Quality Engineer to join their established team. As a Principal Quality Engineer you will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for identifying and addressing process and system problems and supporting operational teams across the business.

Principal Quality Engineer: Utilising Lean Manufacturing techniques including Kaizen, 5s, Visual Factory, Standardised Work, Root Cause Analysis, etc, together with a proactive attitude you will strive to always do things better. Your personal communication and influencing skills are also of major importance to be able to lead a sometimes reluctant workforce to a desired outcome, through influence and the use of factual data.

Principal Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
 - Waste reduction throughout the organisation championing lean/Kaizen manufacturing techniques
 - Using a detailed FMEA process to develop robust control plans
 - Inspection & Test
 - Non Conforming Product Reviews
 - Document Control
 - Audits
 - Continuous Improvement (Lean, OEE, root cause)
 - Team Leadership & Development
