Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you join a busy team to handle a good range of corporate work that will focus on M&A. The team acts for a broad mix of clients that are largely SME in size. You can look forward to gaining plenty of 'hands on' experience and exposure to clients. The structure of the team means that you will be well supported in terms of training and development.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 pqe. You will have gained a good grounding in corporate law and be looking to take your career forward.
