• ACA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience), with significant experience in UK practice
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios, providing high-quality service across a range of industries
• Possesses strong technical skills in accounting, tax, and financial reporting
• Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Experienced in leading and mentoring junior staff, helping to develop their skills and support their career progression
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
