• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their tax needs are met with accuracy and efficiency
• Preparing annual tax returns for individuals and partnerships, including electronic filing
• Liaising with HMRC to address and resolve enquiries
• Working directly with clients and third parties to gather the necessary information for tax returns
• Collaborating with the accounts team to provide seamless service to clients
• Preparing P11d forms and capital gains tax computations, ensuring correct electronic filing
• Reviewing PAYE codes and providing personal tax advice to clients
• Conducting tax research and staying informed on the latest tax regulations
• Mentoring and supporting junior tax team members

• ATT/CTA qualified, studying, or equivalent experience in a compliance-focused role
• Minimum of three years’ experience in personal tax compliance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines
• A proactive, commercial mindset focused on delivering high-quality service
• Experience with Iris suite of programs and Microsoft Suite is beneficial
