• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing a range of accounting and advisory services

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with substantial experience in a UK practice
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting and tax
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio and leading on key accounting tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while delivering high-quality work
• Experience mentoring junior staff and working as part of a collaborative team
