Technical Estimator - Commercial Estimator - Manufacturing - Cannock

Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Cannock area for a Technical Estimator / Commercial Estimator within the manufacturing sector. This particular company build Electrical Control Systems so this role would suit someone with estimating experience within an electrical manufacturing environment.

This company have an excellent working environment with the building being light, bright and clean. They have a total workforce of around 200 but this company still has a family friendly feel to it, where everyone is known by name and you even get your birthday off!

As a Commercial Estimator / Technical Estimator you will be raising quotes / estimates from Bills of Materials (BOM). You will be looking at the cost of raw materials, new tooling and labour etc. As Commercial and Technical Estimator you will also be responsible for creating and updating supplier databases for inclusion on RFQ (Requests for Quotations). You will also be involved with Health & Safety, Continuous Improvement and Budget Variance.

The working hours for this Commercial and Technical Estimator’s role are excellent:

Mon - Thurs 8am - 5.15pm

Fri 8am - 12pm
