POSITION: Corporate Lawyer (2+ PQE)

An established law firm with a national reputation is seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer to join its team. The firm is committed to delivering high-quality services across a range of corporate transactions, fostering strong client relationships and supporting business growth. You will have the opportunity to be part of our thriving M&A practice, working on a wide range of challenging and rewarding transactions, gaining experience across all aspects of corporate law. 

ROLE 

• In this exciting role, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate work, but will principally focus on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate governance advice. 
• Manage client relationships and project delivery. 
• Collaborate with senior partners on high-profile deals. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• 2+ years of PQE in corporate law. 
• Proven experience in managing corporate transactions. 
• Strong communication and client management skills. 
• Self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
