• Provide general classroom support for Year 6 pupils, ensuring they stay focused and engaged.
• Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and understanding.
• Promote positive behaviour and help manage classroom activities effectively.
• Support students in preparation for SATs and their transition to secondary school.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Demonstrate patience, excellent communication, and time management skills.
• Be available for an immediate start.
