What You Will Do

• Lead and support the Hygiene team, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate team activities and manage hygiene across the factory environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed cleaning instructions and schedules.
• Conduct COSHH assessments, risk assessments, and document safe systems of work.
• Communicate with external suppliers to maintain levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Provide training and development opportunities for your team.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in Hygiene or Production, ideally within the food industry.
• Strong background in a FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional people management skills and the ability to motivate teams.
• A solid understanding of food hygiene and microbiology.
• Hygiene qualifications and/or internal auditor qualifications are desirable.
