A fantastic opportunity for an organised and diligent Property Manager to join a leading independent estate agent within their office in Evesham. My clients have an unrivalled reputation and are keen to add a personable, customer service driven candidate to their team.

Property Manager – Benefits 

• £25,000 - £27,000 basic salary DOE
• Monday to Friday role

Property Manager – Duties 

• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
• Organising check outs and inventories
• Coordinating deposit returns and end of tenancy process
• Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety and EPC certifications 
• Organising tenancy renewal paperwork
• Getting involved in serving section notices as required
• Ensuring timely completion of property inspections

Property Manager - Experience Needed: 

• Previous Property Management experience is essential 
• Up-to-date knowledge of Lettings legislation
• Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable 
• Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Articulate and well-accustomed to a client facing role
