Key Responsibilities: - Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including but not limited to divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of family law issues, ensuring a high standard of client care at all times.
- Conduct negotiations, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court where necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and legislative developments to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion, managing all aspects of legal processes and documentation.
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to provide clear, practical advice, with the aim of resolving cases efficiently and amicably where possible.
- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts and support the team in enhancing client relationships.
Requirements: - c. 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience in private family law.
- Strong knowledge of private family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to provide practical and empathetic advice.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail.
