• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all accounting, tax, and advisory services are delivered to a high standard
• Leading and mentoring a team of junior and senior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop professionally
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other key deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with UK regulations

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with substantial experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
