Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and efficiently run a wide range of residential conveyancing transactional files, from initial instruction through to completion.
- Handle complex cases, including leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership transactions.
- Perform a variety of legal and financial tasks associated with residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law, including new regulations and market trends, to provide the highest standard of service to clients.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transaction process.
- Utilise the firm’s case management system to maintain accurate records and efficiently manage your caseload.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and client service, contributing to the firm's overall success and reputation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
- Proven experience with all types of residential conveyancing transactions, including leasehold and shared ownership.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients.
