Role Overview:

As an ECT Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive curriculum to young learners, fostering their academic and social development. You will work under the mentorship of experienced teachers who will guide you in creating effective lesson plans and learning strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of lessons across the primary curriculum under the guidance of mentor teachers.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning needs of students.
• Engage students with the use of technology and interactive learning experiences.
• Assist in evaluating student progress and providing feedback to promote learning.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to contribute to a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Newly qualified teacher status, with a strong interest in primary education.
• A willingness to learn and implement effective teaching techniques.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
