Position: Solicitor - Property Litigation (Agricultural Focus)

Compensation: Up to £55k DOE and PQE level

Overview: 1-5 years PQE qualified solicitor with proven property litigation experience with a particular focus in agricultural work

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy caseload independently
• Deliver exceptional client service
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with Counsel and experts
• Contribute to team objectives and process improvements
• Stay updated with legal knowledge and trends

Skills and Experience:

• 1-5 years PQE in property litigation, focusing on agricultural matters
• Ability to manage caseloads with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proficient in the use of case management software
• In-depth knowledge of property, landlord and tenant law, property contracts, and professional negligence
