BookKeeper

Our Client is an Independent firm of accountants currently seeking a Practice Bookkeeper/VAT Clerk to join their team in Middlesbrough.

The main duties of the role will consist of:
processing payments and invoices,
preparing financial statements,
completing VAT returns,
preparing employee wages and managing employee expense claims.
Recording any inconsistencies to help accountants reconcile inaccuracies.
The development of monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets.

You will ideally have 2+ years previous experience as a Practice Bookkeeper, with experience in VAT. Accountancy practice experience is essential.
