Print Maintenance Engineer

Pyramid8 are recruiting for a full-time permanent Mechanical Print Engineer, for our client based in Castleford.

The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the print industry and have a mechanical background.

Print Engineer:

• To ensure production machinery is maintained and repaired to a high standard. Respond to breakdowns on production machines and carry out mechanical fault findings.
• Process and mechanical of printing and sheet fed, bindery and print finishing as well as installations of inkjet/digital systems using rip and raster technology.
• Electrical fault-finding skills and installation of all equipment supplied by Via KMP.
• Project management skills and planning large installations and factory layouts.
• Plant and factory maintenance
