Job Purpose
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest quality service is always delivered
- Run audits from planning to completion, championing compliance at every step
- Build strong rapport with clients, acting as their go-to person
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, handling queries effectively
- Provide mentorship to junior staff on-site by supervising and reviewing work
- Keep up to date with audit regulations and emerging trends that could impact the audit function
- Organise your own workload, ensuring client expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
- Champion your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities where possible

Job Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified, part qualified or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience within UK practice
- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of audit assignments
- Excellent knowledge of ISA and UK GAAP
- Strong experience using relevant audit software, such as ProAudit, Sage and Xero
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally
- Strong time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
- A team player who is eager to support the wider team
- Ability to work autonomously and organise own workload
- A drive for progression and self-development within the firm
