Job Title: Qualified Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentWorking pattern: Hybrid Regional multi-office firm seeks a qualified solicitor within their dispute resolution team dealing with both commercial and civil litigation cases to be based in one of their Cheshire offices.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of disputes, including but not limited to, personal disputes, commercial litigation, professional negligence, and property disputes. You will be expected to manage a diverse caseload, provide expert legal advice, and represent clients in both negotiations and court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters.
- Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Draft and review legal documents related to dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and regulations.
Requirements: - Qualified Solicitor in the UK.
- Minimum of 4 years PQE in dispute resolution.
- Proven track record in handling a broad range of disputes.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Strong client management skills and a commitment to client care.
