Senior Fire Alarm Engineer / Project Lead / Commissioning Engineer

Reporting to the Head of Projects.

Looking for a Technically on the tools Senior Fire Alarm Engineer who ideally is able to commission Siemens Fire Alarm systems. (Happy consider an Engineer who can commission similar systems like: Gent, Notifier etc and train up).

This role is to work on new systems installations projects across London. A wide range from £5000 - £1M+. Most projects are in blocks of flats or similar residential properties (student accommodation etc).

There is no on call requirement (only occasional W/E overtime if projects require due to deadlines)

You will be personally undertaking Installations and commissioning of systems in blocks of flats and be senior on-site point of contact for sub-contractors.

You will direct work, spot issues before they become problems, see variations / additionally billable work and act an assistant PM / on-site lead.

This role will lead to a Project Management career.

Flexible to work across London.

Salary £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience + Van (business use, no Tax) or Estate Car (taxable).
