Job Purpose
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
  • Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities.
  • Build professional relationships and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio.
  • Assist with the pitch and tender process for new work, preparing associated documents.
  • Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function.

Job Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA/ or equivalent qualified
  • Experience managing a portfolio in UK practice
  • Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of audit software, such as Caseware
  • Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
  • A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
