Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing financial audits from planning through to completion, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with professional standards.
- Supervising and mentoring audit teams, providing them with guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit performance and professional development.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored advice to enhance their financial processes and controls.
- Collaborating with other departments to offer comprehensive business advice, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence in all areas of accountancy practice.
- Ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and regulatory standards, including keeping abreast of changes in financial reporting and auditing standards.

Ideal Candidate:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a solid background in audit within a practice environment.
- Proven experience in managing audits and leading teams, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A thorough understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
