Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing audits for a diverse range of clients.
• Preparing and reviewing audit planning and work.
• Ensuring audit files have all relevant documentation on the appropriate section.
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team.
• Liaising with clients to understand their business and to manage expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Continuously updating knowledge of audit regulations and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office suite.
