Job Purpose

• Manage a varied and diverse audit portfolio, overseeing deliverables and ensuring the highest standard of service.
• Lead the firm’s audit function ensuring excellence is delivered.
• Professionally represent the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities.
• Drive strategic target setting, as well as forecasting and reporting on department budgeting.?
• Oversee workflow and improve processes where possible.?
• Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.?
• Champion the firm’s values within the team, motivating those around you.
• Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.?
• Set an example for the team as a natural leader in audit.?

Job Requirements?

• ACA/CA/FCCA qualified, with extensive audit and management experience within practice.
• Line management experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
• Confident in championing business growth through networking.

• A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
