You will be ACA,?ACCA or CA qualified, with extensive?management experience in?an accountancy practice. You will be a great support to the Directors and possess the technical and communication skills required to build and maintain great client relationships. You’ll also have commercial acumen and be a great networker.

Job Purpose

• Oversee audits for clients from planning to completion (some of which will be for corporations with billion pound turnovers.)
• Mentor, oversee and support the audit team.
• Work alongside the general accountancy team and corporate tax arm of the firm.
• Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met.
• Work alongside the Directors lending your support with company growth.
• Assist with target setting and department budgeting.
• Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
• Confident in networking to promote the department and involvement in all areas of business development.
• Overseeing the audit team and championing the firm’s values within the team.
• Provide professional client-facing communication skills.
• Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

• ACA, ACCA or CA qualified with extensive practice experience.
• Significant experience leading complex and large audits.

• Commercial acumen.
• A positive attitude and the ability to problem solve.
