As a strong communicator, you’ll be confident in communicating technical information in an easy-to-understand way and providing trusted liaison as clients’ go-to advisor.

Job Purpose

• Manage the tax delivery for a significant portfolio, primarily corporate tax clients.
• Work closely with Partners and Directors to lead a thriving tax team.
• Deliver sound technical knowledge as clients’ go-to advisor.
• Support the firm’s strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities.
• Liaise with clients as their go-to advisor, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
• Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow and ROI.
• Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
• Set an example to the tax team as a proactive and hands-on Manager.

The Successful Applicant

• CTA qualified and/or ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive practice experience.
• Experience within a corporate tax environment.
• Previous supervisory experience, with strong people management skills.
• Able to build a strong rapport with clients, being their go-to advisor.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge.
• Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire those around you.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and sound organisation skills.
