Nail Technician

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and experienced Nail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about nail artistry and health, highly skilled across a wide range of modern nail techniques, and dedicated to delivering flawless results with excellent retention.

• Perform high-quality treatments to a professional standard, including:
• Shellac / Gel Polish manicures and pedicures (including proper cuticle care and nail prep).
• BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) overlays and structured manicures.
• Acrylic Extensions (sculpted and tip extensions, infills, and removal).
• Gel Extensions (hard gel / soft gel systems).
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable nail care treatments, and offer professional maintenance advice.
• Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sanitation, and workspace cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations (including instrument sterilization and workstation disinfection).
• Keep up-to-date with current nail trends, techniques, and nail art designs.
• Build and retain a loyal client base by delivering friendly, professional, and personalized service.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with salon upkeep when required.

• Proven professional experience working as a Nail Technician in a salon environment (portfolio or photos of previous work required).
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Nail Services or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
• High proficiency and speed in application across Shellac, BIAB, acrylic extensions, and gel extensions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent freehand application, and neat cuticle work.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
