Our new service is Get on Stage, where we place B2B tech leaders on the right stages—conferences, podcasts, and award lists—where their insight gets noticed and their business grows.

The role

We’re hiring an event marketing manager to run the engine behind our Get on Stage service. You’ll lead the logistics—tracking speaking opportunities, managing submissions, following up with organisers, and keeping our placement pipeline tight. Think of it as a high-touch, high-urgency role that sits between marketing ops and production.

What you’ll do

• Research and track speaking opportunities across relevant B2B events and podcasts
• Manage end-to-end logistics for submissions, deadlines, and speaker prep
• Build and maintain relationships with event organisers and podcast hosts
• Create internal systems to manage progress across multiple clients
• Work closely with our team to understand speaker profiles, topics, and positioning

What you bring

• Proven B2B marketing experience
• Experience in event coordination
• A love of spreadsheets and clear to-do lists
• Great written communication—you can draft a speaker bio or event pitch that gets a yes
• Comfortable in fast-paced, remote-first teams
• Bonus: experience in SaaS, ConTech, or other complex B2B fields
