Salary: 30000-34000 per annum
Greenwellgleeson are exclusively working with a successful, growing SME Logistics business, based in Birmingham.
Reporting into the Head Of Finance, duties of the role will include:
Check payments are timely and communicated to supplier
Review debtor queries (in LS absence)
Weekly payroll cover / credit control cover
European Services and TI transaction processing
I/Co invoicing (manual invoices) and reconciliation
Road Tax Payments
P32 Monthly payment and reconciliation
Purchase reserves
Transaction processing problem solving
Monthly close of all ledgers
VAT reconciliations
Nominal link updates - weekly payroll to Sage
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
Experience working in a similar role in a similar SME environment
Knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage Payrol will be advantagious
On-site position - 8.30am-4.30pm
