Some of your duties will include:

- Working in in-house Legal Department of National Commercial Property Company

- Assisting with drafting between approximately 12-20 leases a month

- Ensuring that invoices relating to properties are processed promptly for payment

- Assisting with the mitigation and payment of non-domestic property rates

- Administering the required paperwork needed for the extension of leases

- Helping with the servicing of section 25 notices and enforce of lease terms
