Your new role
Weare seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who can commute around theNottingham area to establish and nurture relationships with suppliersthroughout the UK.

• Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure mutual satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Track supplier performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with business needs.
• Prepare regular reports on supplier activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

What you will get in return

• £35,000-£38,000 base salary depending on experience
• OTE of £65,000 in the first year
• Company car
