Solicitor - Real Estate Residential

Your new company

It is a specialist law firm with a national presence. They are looking for a Solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the capability to handle non-contentious domestic conveyancing matters from start to finish. A comprehensive understanding of land registry procedures and Solicitors Accounts Rules, as well as general conveyancing and related subjects, is essential.

Your new role

• Manage non-contentious domestic conveyancing cases from inception to completion.
• Ensure full compliance with land registry practices and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Handle general conveyancing and related legal matters.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales (1-3 PQE).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other relevant technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professional conduct.
