Senior Administrator - Financial Services
An established financial services firm with a 30-year history is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator / Paraplanner to join their friendly, office-based team. This is a fully office-based role with ample nearby parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing administration workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Handling new and existing business administration, including compliance checks.
- Speaking confidently with clients and providers, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Supporting the team in developing tailored client proposals.
- Maintaining and updating Intelligent Office (iO) with accurate client records, valuations, and reports.
- Using key investment platforms such as Abrdn Wrap, Quilter, Royal London, AJ Bell, Scottish Widows, and FE.
- Processing fund switches, contributions, withdrawals, LOAs, and managing model portfolios.
- Experience with VCTs, Group Pensions, GIP, and DIS is beneficial.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in Financial Services is essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Group Pension & Protection schemes.
