Our client, a respected organisation in the charity sector, is looking for a Finance Director to provide strategic financial oversight, ensuring compliance and sustainability while working closely with the CEO and executive team. ?? Salary: Circa £56,000 per annum (subject to experience)

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Director:

• Oversee financial strategy, governance, and compliance.
• Ensure robust financial controls and reporting, supporting long-term sustainability.
• Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with charity and company finance regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Lead and support a small finance team (Head of Finance & Finance Officer).
• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team.

Key Essentials of the Finance Director:

• ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Strong background in financial audit, governance, and compliance.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and oversee a small finance team.
• Strategic mindset, with hands-on financial expertise.
