Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking for your next opportunity? Macildowie are delighted to be supporting a fantastic business in Coventry who are seeking an HR Administrator to join their team of five.

The Role:

In this exciting position, you'll play a key role in supporting the wider HR function with a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing employee records and ensuring data is kept accurate and up to date.
• Handling HR queries via email, phone, and in person.
• Supporting with the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
• Coordinating recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and offer letters.
• Assisting with employee relations by preparing documentation and note-taking during meetings.
• Maintaining HR systems and producing reports as required.
• Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc projects.

About You:

• To thrive in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
• Strong administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Great attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team-focused mindset and willingness to support your colleagues.
