Location: Chaldon (Driving License required due to limited public transport)

Hours: Saturday/Sunday, 8am – 5pm

Rate: £13.00 per hour (permanent contract)

Food Purchasing & Cost Control

• Manage food costs within budget.
• Appoint suppliers and purchase supplies.
• Record all orders and maintain stock levels.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness.

Quality Control

• Maintain high cooking standards.
• Plan menus, considering special dietary needs.
• Cost menus using updated ingredient prices.
• Minimize wastage and keep accurate records.

Health & Safety

• Oversee the wash-up area.
• Promote and practice hygiene standards.
• Monitor activities according to HACCP guidelines.
• Review COSHH and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations.
