Corporate Finance - Transactional Services Manager

Hays is partnering with one of Scotland's largest firms of Chartered Accountants to hire for the position of Manager for the Corporate Finance team in the Transactional Services division. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in high-profile transactions and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Your new role

• Lead and manage corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising.
• Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and financial modelling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice and support to clients on financial and transactional matters.
• Prepare detailed transaction reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

What you'll need to succeed

• A professional qualification (ICAS, ACCA, ICAEW etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
