Are you a self-starter with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a knack for managing high-level stakeholders? If so, I have a unique Product Manager opportunity for you!

THE ROLE:

This is not your standard Product Manager role. You'll be working on a bespoke internal insight and data recommendation tool designed to help product managers improve the performance of affiliate websites. This tool is pivotal in driving better decisions and enhancing the company's ability to convert traffic into customers effectively.

You'll work closely with the company's founder-who is deeply passionate about this product-and gain exposure to C-suite leaders. This is a high-impact role with the potential to shape not just the tool but also the broader business strategy.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Manage the development and optimisation of an internal data tool used across the business.
• Collaborate with the central services team to ensure the tool meets the needs of product managers and stakeholders.
• Work with C-suite and senior leaders to gather insights and align the product's direction with business goals.
• Analyse web metrics, organic growth, and other key performance indicators to drive improvements.
• Explore opportunities to expand the tool's capabilities, enabling better decision-making across the organisation.

ABOUT YOU:

• Solid experience in product management with a focus on data-driven tools or analytics.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing, standard web metrics, and commercial funnels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly at the C-suite level-confident in pushing back, managing expectations, and navigating complex conversations.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to manage steep learning curves and thrive in fast-paced environments.

THE BENEFITS:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £84,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
