IT Application Support Analyst -URGENT

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Support Analyst to join a leading construction and engineering organisation based in Hertfordshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical business applications.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in application support, IT support, or a similar role

• Proficient using SharePoint, Azure & Office 365

• Microsoft Dynamics ERP system experience. (AX, Nav, BC, 365 )

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise workload

• Experience with ITIL practices or similar frameworks is a plus

They will take ownership of queries, perform initial investigations & diagnosis through to fault resolution, primarily using business & process knowledge to understand and resolve.
