Accounts Payable Assistant - Ongoing Temp

Reed Accountancy is delighted to bring to market an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a successful business in Glasgow with a global presence. This will be an ongoing temporary assignment.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for processing and paying invoices in line with company terms. Responsibilities include:

• Processing invoices and matching to PO

• Preparing regular payment runs

• Performing supplier statement reconciliations

• Liaising with suppliers to manage any queries

• Managing supplier database

• Processing employee expenses
