Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join an international investment firm. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in bookkeeping across multiple entities and countries, and experience in producing a full set of management accounts. This is a home-based, permanent position that offers a significant opportunity to shape the finance function as it transitions in-house.

• Set up and maintain financial reporting for 12 international entities.
• Install and manage suitable accounting software.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, mainly focusing on payments for intercompany accounts.
• Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage accounting for investment assets.
• Perform other accounting duties as required.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience within a venture capital or private equity firm is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to produce a full set of management accounts.
• Experienced bookkeeper, capable of managing multiple entities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage various tasks simultaneously.
