Sales Negotiator / Coordinator

Our client, a prestigious independent estate agent, are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Property Sales Negotiator to join their Holiday Complex sales team on a full-time basis in their Exeter office with on target earnings up to £30,000.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading team with a super reputation as an employer in the South West area. The successful candidate will be polished, well-organised and able to work diligently as part of a motivated team, selling holiday complexes to include farms, purpose build, glamping and more across the South West area (so own car needed).

You will possess excellent communication, literacy and IT skills. This is a fabulous role which will involve a variety of front-line property sales responsibilities, including all aspects of client and customer contact, property visits, negotiation and sales progression, whilst offering long term career progression. They are looking for a mature natured person ideally with experience dealing with high end clientele who is looking for a career, rather than just a job, where there will be future promotion prospects and high earning potential for the right person. You will be hard-working and articulate, well-presented, a real team player, able to communicate at all levels and looking to expand on your already gained knowledge.

On target earnings will be in the region of £25-30,000 to include basic salary of around £20,000 and commission.
