Positions Available:

• Mixing Operator (x1)
• Line Leader (x1)
• Converting Operator (x2)

Shift Hours:

• Mixing Operator: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Line Leader: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Converting Operator: 4:15 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities Across All Roles:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Adhere to safety and quality control standards while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Keep accurate production records, including machine settings, downtime, and product output.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
• Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to changing production demands.
• Mixing experience with chemicals.
