Working for this well-established mechanical component distributor as Branch Manager, you’ll oversee day to day staff and branch functionality, looking after all operational requirements for the branch.

Salary – Circa £40,000 Per Annum

Location – Bristol

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 8-5 / Occasional out of hours rota

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will oversee health and safety compliance across people, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring legal and company standards are met. This includes staff training, PPE usage, fire drill familiarity, and maintaining a safe, tidy warehouse and delivery fleet.

Your leadership and communication skills will be key in managing the branch team, motivating staff, and providing coaching to help them reach their potential while ensuring the branch operates at its best.

Responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, and team development, as well as fostering new practices to enhance efficiency and profitability. You will produce accurate reports to track achievements and plan improvements, follow up on quotes, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Coming from a background in AC and refrigeration is strongly favoured for this role.
