Head of Finance - 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic chance to lead a high-performing finance team during a transformative period.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
• Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance team through a transition to a new finance system.
• Manage financial reporting, including annual accounts, audits, and external reporting to government bodies.
• Provide expert technical financial advice and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee effective planning, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Act as a deputy for the Director of Finance and Operations when required.
